Arch & Glow is a solo studio located inside AntiGravity salon in Downtown New Orleans. Kelly has always had the dream of creating a space that delivered a personal, VIP experience. She uses the highest quality products, and is often continuing her education to always make sure you get the most out of your services with her.

Kelly will help accentuate your natural brow shape, or she can give you a complete brow makeover through, tint, dye, or brow lamination. She is very detail oriented, which makes her lash lifts one of the best in the Greater New Orleans area. The facials at Arch & Glow are always customized to your individual needs and current skin condition, utilizing Kelly's years as a medical aesthetician for a plastic surgeon.
Her expert hair removal services are performed using the highest quality LYCON hard and strip waxes, and deliver a superior (almost) painless waxing experience.

Cancellation Policy
Please take your time and read, and please always be mindful when canceling or not showing up. I try to cater to everyone's wishes and fit everyone in where I can, and cancellations and no-shows mean that your appointment could have gone to somebody else. A credit card will be required to book your appointment. I completely understand that in certain circumstances life gets in the way and sometimes it can’t be helped. I recognize that people have a busy lifestyle, so I provide a text and email reminder.
I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to make the cancellation deadline you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

If you fail to show without giving any notice you will be charged the FULL treatment price. If this is not paid, another appointment cannot be booked until the balance plus your appointment to follow is paid for in advance.

There is a 10 minute grace period (5 minutes if it’s a 15 minute appointment) after which you are considered a no-call /no-show and charged 100% of the services booked. We all can be running late at times, and I will try my best to get you sorted if this is the case. However, please be aware that there is a line of ladies behind you who are then affected as well.. so pretty please try to be on time. Thank you for your understanding.
